Happy Cafes are a welcoming space where people can get together over coffee and learn techniques for living a more positive and happier life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"424\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/wellingboroughecogroup.org.uk\/eco\/wp-content\/uploads\/Happy-Cafe-Message-Warped-SSCs.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4784\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>They take place every Tuesday and Thursday 10am-5pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In partnership with Action for Happiness, and with the support of North Northamptonshire Council, Greatwell Homes and Wellingborough Town Council, we are creating this happy space for your mental health. We have jigsaws and games plus mindfulness activities from the Co-op for you to join in with, or you can just come and have a natter with quite possibly the chattiest people in town!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Want to join in, meet people and have a cup of tea or coffee? Hot drinks are free and there&#8217;s usually something cooking too. It\u2019s really that simple. We\u2019re having a chat over a cup of tea or coffee, the kettle\u2019s on and we await you.
