Working with our partners from our successful Winter Warmer sessions, there will be a Yoga session and a Keep Fit session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"424\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/wellingboroughecogroup.org.uk\/eco\/wp-content\/uploads\/Healthy-Wednesdayss-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4721\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Yoga will take place from 3-4pm every Wednesday at Swanspool Pavilion. Led by Ashok Nathwani, who runs Yoga4Heath Northamptonshire, who has been taking our Meditation and Relaxation Winter Warmers. The sessions will be a full yoga workout and the cost per person will be just \u00a35.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Keep Fit will then follow from 5-6pm every Wednesday. This will be led by SDr Sonal Shar, a qualified Homeopath, who also works as holistic therapist and is doing our Chair Yoga Winter Warmers.
