You can wash out and re-use an old spray bottle to save plastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All you need is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A half litre spray bottle (or double up quantities for a litre bottle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A quarter of a cup of white vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons of eco friendly washing up liquid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A few drops of essential oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hot water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to make it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the vinegar to the bottle and make a mark on the bottle where it comes up to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the washing up liquid and make another mark.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add about 6 or 7 drops of any essential oil such as lemon or lavender. (You can do without this, but then it smells a bit vinegary.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill the bottle very gently with hot water so it doesn\u2019t bubble up too much.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the top on and turn it up and down a few times to mix.
