Thank you firstly to the 20 litter picking heroes that took part in our Two Hour Tidy Up today. We picked 56 bags of litter, a chair, some carpet and a shopping trolley. Thank you also to Kate from\u00a0Hemmingwell Community & Skills Centre<\/a>\u00a0for making us all cups of tea and coffee.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This month\u2019s special Love Parks Week group litter pick took place on this morning (Saturday 30th July) in Hemmingwell Park. We set up our Recycling Station at 9:30 near the centre and shops, and litter picked the park between 10 and 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can of course join in with #LoveParks<\/a> week at anytime with Wellie Wombles<\/a> and you can borrow our kit if you want to tidy up. Plus you can join in with us again at Tuesday Tidy Ups at Glamis Hall<\/a> every Tuesday 2-6pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
