Are you a Share The Food member? Yes, Food Sharers now has a membership, it’s free to join and if you are a member of Wellingborough Eco Group Community Interest Company, you are automatically a Share The Food member already! If you are not, join us today!
So why are we doing this, well it’s simple, as we continue to partner with other great organisations that share food, our Food Sharers has always been about working with others to save food and to provide food for people who need it.
We are starting this with Wellingborough Muslim Community CIO, a local charity helping local families and those in need. The point is to give people a sense of belonging and a pass to come and get food. WMC will also be sharing food with us that is halal, to give the Muslim community confidence in their food choices.
We will also be talking to our other Food Sharers partners and will give them the opportunity to take part in our Share The Food membership scheme. It’s all about sharing, increasing engagement and saving food. Do join our Food Sharers as a Share The Food member!
