Wellingborough Eco Group Nature Rangers, Wellie Wombles & Eco-Crafters

Wellingborough Eco Group is running a whole week of activities to inspire you again for the Great Big Green Week, and for the third day, this Monday there’s lots to join in with:
FREE RANGE
Our Fortnightly Monday sessions resume with a treat at our Community Allotment, as we will be sewing seeds and planting seedlings, meeting at 10am to help on our plot at Ladywell Allotments, out 10:30 till 1:30 to stop for lunch and discussions until 2pm.
These sessions are lead by Grow Wild Outreach and Wellingborough Eco Group, and they are open to everyone. Grow Wild Outreach will also offer the Monday sessions to those who need assistance and will provide a fully supervised service at a cost.
Don’t be nature strangers, be Nature Rangers!
Join us this Monday for a Free Range, 10am at our Community Allotment at Ladywell Allotments to continue to sew seeds and plant seedlings on our plot 10:30 till 1:30, let’s see what we can do!
C.L.E.A.N.
Wellingborough Library will have a display about what Wellie Wombles for The Great Big Green Week, including a C.L.E.A.N. Presentation. The presentation has now been shown to hundreds of local school children, and by having it in the Library from this Monday until Saturday will hopefully educate and inspire more people to be more self conscious about littering.
SEW SOCIAL
And in the evening, if you like to chat and love to stitch, join our Eco-Crafters for a Sew Social!
Join us to share skills, projects and more with tea and coffee at ECO HUB, Glamis Hall, this and every Monday 6-8pm, and it’s all free. See you there!
Do join us for our busiest week of the year, whether you want something fixed, swapped, saved or just choose to be a bit more eco-friendly, come and see that it can be great to go green. Join in with The Great Big Green Week with Wellingborough Eco Group!
